starters&strategies – the New Zealand Teacher's Magazine (now in its 18th year) is distributed to 33,000 (ABC Audited) teachers throughout New Zealand, once per school term. The magazine is also available FREE online in web edition pdf format for downloading.

starters&strategies contains:

• information on the latest resources for school
• EOTC destinations and experiences for students
• an annual 'Web Supersites' feature
• Environmental Education features

starters & strategies is targeted at teachers of students aged 5-14 years although may be easily adapted to lower and higher levels.

PDF FORMAT

The web edition is in pdf (portable document format). PDF format preserves the print look of the documents and allows different computer operating systems to download and view the same files. After downloading the pdf to your desktop, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 5 or better to open up these files.
