FREE EDUCATION RESOURCE AND EOTC EXHIBITION.
'A Friend in Need' is an exhibition that will provide senior primary and secondary students with a unique insight into life in New Zealand during WW2 when thousands of US Marines were stationed in the North Island.
This multi-media exhibition is staged in Old St Paul's in Wellington. When teachers book their class visit they will receive the curriculum based FREE Education Resource. This 6 chapter resource provides: an outline of the display; information about this time in New Zealand history; classroom and homework tasks; as well as out-of-the classroom activities and worksheets to be completed during the visit to Old St. Paul's.
